Despite having reported the issue to both AT&T (phone company) and UI (electric company) multiple times over the last 2 months, no one has been dispatched to trim back the tree that is growing through the phone, cable, and electric wires. You can hear the lines stress when the wind blows - this is a dangerous situation.
The pole is marked SNET 2727; I'll upload a photo of the pole marker, too.

Why does this require so much work on our end... This is a risk... City should do this on a regular basis!

I am sending them the exact addresses. They said they will make phone calls to UI and such and get the issues resolved! Hope they do!! :)

The response I received:
Thank you for your email and the City of West Haven understands your concerns with these power lines. If you could send to me a definite address on Windsock Road and Ocean Avenue, I then can contact the United Illuminating to take corrective action of these conditions. Please be advised that the city has no response or interaction with “posted on fix-it” application.
We thank you for bring to our attention the noted violations and ensure you that appropriate action will be taken.

I AM NOT ALL THAT SURPRISED BUT THIS IS THE RESPONSE THE TOWN OF WEST HAVEN GOT FROM UI.
I have asked that the town keep up on this as we are not satified...
UI follow-up response:
I talked to our line clearance supervisor about this. He swung by these locations and did not see anything that " jumped out at him" as needing trimming. At this point, I would recommend that the residents call the UI call center at 1-800-7callui, and have a notification entered explaining what it is that they think needs to be trimmed. It may not be our responsibility to do but will give us a clearer idea of what they are looking at.
