This allows your Homeowners Associations the ability to address issues with in their communities before the City becomes involved. Why the HOA?? It is breaking CITY LAW? Yet again ignoring real legal problems just like the BIRD scooters! This is a country of laws. Reopening so the incompetent city can do something.
