Opis

A vehicle came around this corner approaching Hunt Drive from the west and did not stop for the red light, and was likely exceeding the speed limit on Western Boulevard. The bicyclist and two large lawn care machines were crossing Hunt Drive from the Prison toward Dorothea Dix. The vehicle locked up its brakes in the intersection and swerved to avoid the bicycle and lawn machines. The bicycle also had to swerve to avoid being hit by the motor vehicle.

Bicycles, pedestrians, and other slower moving vehicles frequently use Hunt Drive to cross Western Boulevard. There may be issues with speeding or sight distance at this location.
