Going westbound on Barrett, a tree is hiding the traffic light on 27th, by City Hall. I've seen many cars blow right through this red light - super dangerous, considering it's one of the only safe places to cross Barrett for pedestrians and bike riders. Please have this tree trimmed so drivers can actually see the light!
