Street lights should be reported to National Grid at www.nationalgridus.com see the Electricity/Rhode Island/ Service Order section of the web site.

It would have been incredibly helpful to know this when it was first reported. I did just file reports online, but in the meantime, we have had several automobile break-ins in the vicinity. Councilman reported this light out more than 1 year ago.

Neighborhood Services, it would be good to post the full link to that page, as its hard to find on National Grid's site. Additionally, Providence should pressure NG to monitor SCF and/or to build a reporting widget on the Providence website.
