Yes, this is a menace, and they also speed up Ellsworth Ave because it's a double-long block between Whalley and Goffe. There is no traffic patrolling in this area, and it's totally out of control. I've been complaining about this for several years now, and nothing is done. I've written to the Mayor (current and previous), the Chief of Police (current and previous), our alder, and I've sent emails and called by phone. I've even written to our (previous) governor and our elected representatives at Hartford. But I've never even gotten a response. Apparently they're not interested in our safety.
