Opis
The small fenced in area next to the Community Garden, apparently intended as a dog walk (as it is fenced in and has a gate), is overgrown with weeds. There is a small bush growing in the gate, so the area is inaccessible. This small "dog walk" doesn't need a fence: The fence serves only to encourage dog walkers to unleash their dogs in this area, which enables them to stay outside and not clean up what happens inside. Why not take down the fence, fill the area with gravel, and put in a "decorative" fire hydrant?
