While driving northbound at 11:30 AM, the right lane was closed around a nearly blind corner. I watched nearly 3 cars get involved in a car accident due to a lane closure where there were no signs indicating such was occurring. The three vehicles avoided an accident, but this is stupendously dangerous. The construction crew is putting their lives at risk on a road where people frequently speed, and closed the lane at a blind corner causing multiple vehicles to either run into cones or swerve into the left lane.

I fully understand the need to close off a lane. But this was not planned, there were no signs posted ahead of the closure, and no trucks to help protect the construction crew. This is absurd given the nature of the closure and where this occurred.
