There is overgrown vegetation on the sidewalks and overhanging the sidewalks hindering safe passage to those who use it. I would not have noticed it except there was a woman in a wheel chair in the road, because her wheel chair could not navigate this section. There is also overgrown vegetation across the street at Murrow.
