There was a neighborhood clean up effort last week but the bags were never picked up possibly because they are at the end of a dead end street near the cemetery wall and blocked by a car. please have someone pick them up

I'm literally begging for someone to please put a trash can on the corner of either block on Baldwin and Jefferson or waverly. Someone keeps throwing poop bags infront and on the side of our house they have even opened the gate and left it by our steps today is the second time my husband stepped on poop on the way out to work. We cannot take this anymore. There is poop bags and trash all over this block the city seriously needs to do something. I've called over a dozen times about this issue and no one has helped.

there is a dumped mattress on the corner of this street that one of the two residences put out without a cover so the trash won’t pick it up. it’s been out for a week and just getting dirtier by the day.

According to this complaint, the "Grounds keepers at the Bay View Cemetery has been blowing all the Dried Leaves and Debris from the Cemetery onto the Sidewalks and Street on Garfield Ave."

The resident states that the property owner has not removed the garbage in over a month.

Many street’s storm drains in this area are clogged. With the storm coming later today this could cause problems with flooding for many residents.

Caller said several refrigerators are in front of this property for weeks and the trash cans are not covered.

those garbage bags have been sitting there for three weeks. We’ve missed three weeks worth of garbage night and last night which was Friday was another garbage night. This is an ongoing problem at 27 Bartholdi the garbage is there. The cats are rodents ripped through it and then it’s all over the neighborhood for everyone else to clean up this property own and needs to take responsibility for what’s going on on their property. It’s not fair to the rest of this neighborhood that is already a troubled neighborhood and Dirty.
