This looks like the homeowner needs to do some maintenance on their property not he City...

It should come under the auspices of our Landscape District into which we pay for gardeners and such things as this. The other retaining walls were replaced by the LMD.

I don't understand why it is not under our LMD. In other areas of our neighborhood walls that are similar to the one pictured and abut private property have been replaced under LMD. I don't understand the difference.

Thanks for your concern. Based on the Solano County Final Recorded Map (see attached), there is no LME on the side of the home on Seawind at Moonraker that has a wood "retaining wall". Therefore, it is the homeowner's responsibility.
