There is at least one tow truck that absolutely FLIES up Bishop Street, probably in excess of 50mph. Granted, cars go up and down the street that fast, or faster, regularly, but aren't these guys contracted out by the city? The streets are wet today, which makes it even more treacherous.

Does the city have a policy for its contractors, like Yale does? If so, and contractors are reported for violations like these, they should be removed from their duties.
