Description
The entire block of College Ave heading south under highway 24 is so shredded it's difficult to drive on, and impossible to bike on. This has been an ongoing problem for several years. How has this never been addressed?

Thanks for reporting this, as Bike East Bay is already trying to get this segment of roadway repaved before pedestrian improvements around Rockridge BART and a bikeway on College Ave are implemented, possibly as early as 2015.
The funds for this work could potentially be provided by District 1 Councilmember Dan Kalb, so please consider contacting him directly with your request via the city website here: http://www2.oaklandnet.com/Government/o/CityCouncil/o/District1/a/ContactUs/index.htm
