Sharraxaadda

this encampment was i think down towards 5th st.. its now across from my house on 6th st. they have added a room to the tent and yesterday i think they added another small room these people are constantly screaming today it was for hours they start fires by the tracks which is not very dry and the fire if windy can knock out several blocks of homes and business there is contact line of people visiting the tent and staying there a new woman has moved in. things are being stolen from the neighborhood and they are a danger to all of us
