19 Truman Street. Garbage in streets, curbstrip & sidewalk. Toters have been out since before last weekThursday 4/28, never removed since last trash pick up on 4/27/22. There is spilled over and just 'dropped' trash that has accumulated since. This is a recurring issue at this property. Please cite the property owner until it is rectified and have them move the toters to the rear of the property.
