Opis

We love the new, permanent speed bump on Chapel St. in Fair Haven by Cold Spring School and the park (yay! thanks!), BUT there needs to be (sooner, not later) some white or yellow paint markings done on the pavement, on the speedbump itself. Speeders can't see the bump as they approach, and they don't slow down. I don't care that they hit the bump going too fast, but I do care if someone gets rear-ended over this, and it will be the city's fault, partially.
