Crew can't empty recycling toters that have any contamination such as plastic bags, styrofoam and unrinsed cans with food particles on them. Here's a link to our recycling page with Whats In What's Out information on recycling: https://www.newhavenct.gov/gov/depts/pw/trash/recycling.htm
