Thank you for your comment. Yes, we are currently in procurement process to develop a safety action plan for roadways safety improvements. To this end, RFQ (request for qualifications) 23-1001 Local Roads Safety Action Plan was advertised on the city's procurement portal on July 14, 2022 (https://cityofalpharetta.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/70549). In response to the RFQ 23-1001, six consultants submitted their qualifications on August 18, 2022. A qualified firm will be selected to work with city staff on developing a safety action plan.

I would highly recommend you drill your “consultants” on their knowledge and application of this international process. No need to pay for rebuilding the wheel and not being sure it is true. Rather go for perfect, proven and tested results.
