This garbage can is still overflowing as of Tuesday evening, 9/6. It is adjacent to the Wilbur Cross High School parking lot and (especially at the start of the school year) sends a terrible message about how we should be treating our shared public spaces.

Also can someone please clarify who is responsible for emptying this particular trash can: City of New Haven or Board of Ed? Thank you.
