Opis

Who thought it was a good idea to remove the left turn signal northbound from Whitney Ave to Sachem St? Traffic on Whitney was much better when the signal was in place. It should be returned.

The signal has been changed and now there is the opposite problem: The left turn light from Whitney northbound to Sachem is far too long and causing massive traffic backup on Whitney southbound (past Edwards) and onto Sachem. The length of the left turn needs to be returned to its previous shorter time.
