I thought it was all in New Haven. I agree that it should be kept all in New Haven. Why outsource it when New Haveners need the jobs? It would create jobs, increase tax revenue, and be just as efficient. thanks for sharing

This is why you should not have voted for Harpo and her cronies, one of them probably has an interest in the company in Milwaukee and gets benefits, because kickbacks would be illegal.

This has been the case for many years, since long before the current administration. There are hidden costs that should be considered before outsourcing.

We took issue with this as well and in March of 2015 officially launched a new vendor/website that brought jobs back to New Haven through bringing the mailing process in-house to the City of New Haven. Now, when you (hopefully never) pay a parking ticket by the mail, you mail to a New Haven address and it is processed by City of New Haven.
