答 U-Turn from Oak Ridge Hwy (62) East to West in front of Little Nicky's Pizza.
问 Please describe the reasoning for your new Traffic Signal request.
答 Very dangerous to have to cut-out in front of traffic traveling 50/55+and takes too much time during rush hours and from 12-2pm waiting for clearance to proceed into traffic and merge.
