The area of photo adjoins Carquinez Park. I informed GVRD shortly after caltrans finished clearing the hillside of concealing trees. It was empty about 4 months ago and the interstation has resumed and is now growing large again.
I would ask the city would inform GVRD and move to collaborating for a lasting solution before it becomes a huge camp. Boulders seems to work. Can we please see some action here?
Sonoma boulevard should present something attractive of Vallejo instead of a garbage strewn hillside when people exit 80 on this, the first Vallejo access. Clearly those residing at the top of the hill. No concern over the appearance of their garbage descending on to the highway
Loaded up 5 bags today. Excuse please I did throw the bags down the hill onto Sonoma-for pickup by CalTrans? More work tomorrow or weekend. By the way, ‘Angelica’ helped me.
