What potholes can you fix? Can't you link to the NCDOT and file/track the report?

I've reported this before and had a long discussion with some folks in City Hall about it. Mr. Gaylord is going to send a request to the developer to get it fixed. For some reason, this road was not turned over to the city.

I wish it was easier to know what to do as a citizen in cases where it's a public shopping center and this website does not help. They certainly don't make it easy to report issues as soon as it's out of the "official jurisdiction" of Raleigh yet (as far as I know) still within Raleigh city limits...
