Sure, they're not supposed to park there, but they're doing everyone a favor by parking off the street; i.e., there's more on-street parking for others in the neighborhood.
Besides, they have no driveway, and there's a bus stop right in front of their house, so they can't park there.
Why don't we cut them a break and appreciate the favor they're doing for everyone else?
