hello, i live at 63 emerald circle, behind my house there is a hill which people walk up from fairgrounds rd and hang out behind me house, besides that bugging me since they sit there drinking and smoking the weeds are tall and dry and im nervous that the will start a fire. i asked last year to have some kind of service but nothing was done.it is city grounds. this is a big concern for me and the neighbors, there is a huge tree on the side of hill that i get a group of people hanging out which makes me and my family nervous that they might come over the fence one day. please call. this problem needs to be addressed.
