City of New Haven assigned this issue to Homeless Services Coordinator

Are the people in the three tents in Edgewood also homeless? Is the gazebo now home to this guy? It's a terrible thing to think of being homeless. Should we allow people to camp out where they can? Maybe. I hate to think of the park that way. Are the shelters full?
