Traffic signal at Middletown Avenue and Barnes Avenue, the pattern was changed, making it a public hazard. It is less than 12 seconds green on Middletown Avenue which is the dominant thoroughfare. This is causing serious backlog onto Middletown Avenue/exit 8 ramp and should be addressed or re-calibrated to the way it once was.
