5th. St. adjacent to Lemon St. is in wretched condition due to the incessant rain produced pot holes. Public Works is building a grandiose, unnecessary island in the middle of Benicia Rd. while the rapid deterioration of Vallejo's streets goes unaddressed. We tax payers need services, not extravagance. Please get the crews out and fix our streets. Thank you.
