Blacklidge was re-done as a bike Blvd. and the caller reports that there were supposed to be marked crossings where the main streets are going west per the information that he previously read. Caller believes That there should be the flashing lights such as the ones they have for vehicles where only one vehicle can pass by on these main streets. This is something that is definitely needed enroute to the park. Caller reports that the traffic drives really fast on this street, regardless of all the potholes and he has a neighbor who is blind, and he is unable to cross the street without a companion because he cannot navigate it by himself. He would like to know if this roadway will get completed to be more pedestrian/biker friendly.
