First three cars, located on Mansfield St, closed to the Sachem St., are parked too far away from the curb and sort of blocking the way, maing it hard for entry. The first car is parked next to a no standing anytime sign. They also dont have residential parking permit, yet they were there at residential parking zone 7. Please apply traffic enforcement.
