There was another dumping last night at 5pm. A uhaul truck AL62085 from whalley ave location with 2 black guys that i caught in middle of dumping. Because they saw me walking up to them with my cell phone out. They quickly slammed the back down and proceeded down the street. I called the police but no one ever came to my house. I jumped in my car to try and find them. I spotted them on one way blake street by the corner of osborn ave. They met someone who followed them back to uhaul around 6pm to return the truck.

I started reporting it in january. Its been 4 months- nothing removed only stacked up. Keeps being passed around. Public works to park dept. Then the incident is closed each time without the illegal dumping material actually being picked up.
