Thanks for reporting. We are moving your toter request to our internal work order system where currently there is a wait list. In the meantime, trash can be placed in a garbage bag and if waiting for a recycling toter, you can use a cardboard box to place your recyclable items. Crew will pick up garbage bag and empty box on your routine day.
