DPW - Please investigate and correct your employees on this.
Yesterday/Wednesday morning, 7:00 am, a white DPW pickup truck was parked in the westbound bike AND traffic lane. He was completely blocking the bike lane and partially blocking the vehicle lane--the semi truck that passed had to drive in the opposing traffic lane to get around! As I biked past I knocked on the side of the truck to let him know how very unsafe this was and he beeped his horn at me! This is super unsafe and illegal -- why is this okay? Please advise on this matter. Thank you.
