The nice new bike parking rack in front of Glazed and Confused donut shop is missing a couple of the mounting bolts and very loose at the base. Someone could possibly remove the whole rack by working it back and forth for a few minutes. Needs to be properly installed w/ 2 more bolts and at least one anti-theft bolt/ nut should be used.
