With that being said water leaks should be reported by calling us directly. When choosing the Water Main Break category there is a warning that pops up asking citizens to please call. SeeClickFix is not monitored 24/7 while the phones are staffed 24/7.
We keep the category active to help provide the telephone numbers and because it is of great importance to us when this happens.
