Thank you! It's a relatively common occurrence. People think that they can fit their car in a spot that is marked as no parking -- but they overhang into the driveway. The driver of this car actually said "there's plenty of room to get around" when I told him that he was blocking the exit driveway from getting my car out... Often it is someone picking up hotel staff -- in fact, sometimes there are two cars blocking part of both sides. Thanks again!
