This is AT&T's equipment. We have notified them.

Wonder if it is the same company that left their lines along N. Creek Run in our section of Stonehenge.

It has been over 10 days since this was reported, and as of moments ago, the situation has not been addressed. Can you ping AT&T again? At the least, this is an example of litter and a public eyesore; at the worst it is a safety issue involving an electrical box that stands open to the elements. And it could be affecting service levels of telephone customers on its circuit.

This is about all we can do at the City. AT&T is responsible for their equipment in the r/w. I do not believe there is any risk of electric shock in these switchboxes.
