thank you! i wish it were more consistent, but we notice this happen every two to three weeks or so (my office is at 1 audubon). we sometimes wait just to get out of our garage because traffic is so backed up. it is compounded by the fact that the light has a sign "no turn on red" so oftentimes NOTHING moves, just one or two cars at a time per green light. the honking that ensues when this happens is incredible as everyone is very frustrated to get home.
