Thanks for reporting. We have a camera that we have be moving throughout the area unfortunately with a 15' area it is hard to catch. As its in woods we have to use battery operated cameras so we are quite limited. It is on the Police Department's radar and if anyone sees anything suspicious please let us know - descriptions of cars with lots of tires in the area is also helpful. We are also supporting legislation currently before the General Assembly which would require manufacturers to establish stewardship programs for the tracking and recycling of tires.
