most potholes along Westgate were superficially filled again as a temporary fix, as the city always does instead of properly paving this road which is in serious disrepair, except for the very worst pothole at the location indicated which is 12 inches deep 2 feet wide and growing by the minute. The absolute incompetence in missing this hole is typical of city services
