Tried to contact Property Owner via certified mail: "Van in your backyard (off Senate Street) being occupied as a squat."
Letter to the Registered Owner came back unanswered.
Neighbors tired of cleaning human fecal waste from Senate Street.
Foam matresses and other
flammable trash in yard. Building occupied. Should the yard catch fire the building and the whole block could burn down. People could get hurt or worse. I urge the City to act. Thank You, Richard T. Desvernine Jr. (215) 203-4365

I would like to thank you for your efforts on behalf of the residents the neighborhood. I cannot be easy to manage the entire City of Philadelphia --but the City is GREAT --thanks in no small part due the the thoughful and dillegent efforts of City Workers such as yourselves. Keep up the good work as I know you will!
