For something like this you should call Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department directly at (203) 946-8075 between 9 am and 5 pm, M -F or call the New Haven Police Department after hours or on weekends at (203) 946-6316, before posting the issue in See Click Fix. After doing so, please indicate that you've called within your See Click Fix post, so other members of the public know this has been called in. By posting you alert others and have a record it was called in. I called after reading this post about five hours after it was posted,hopefully there wasn't an accident.
