People need to Slow down on Rowland street Pay attention to People turning onto Adams. one person was already Killed.
Stop talking on phone just drive please!
It's not just at Adams but also at the grand/rowland intersection. Rowland St. is dangerous because of the blind curves. Cutting the speed limit is not going to improve the situations because people are not going to slow down and it is not going to change the approach to these poorly lighted intersections. I think the whole road needs to be re-engineered.
This road past Hannaford up until the red light at Rt 29 is infuriating. The road is 55 mph, yet people still insist on traveling at 40-45. Been driving this route for years and have only seen a handful of close calls, mostly people pulling onto Rowlands without regard of how fast people are traveling, forcing hard braking. No lights needed, just more common sense on the road.
STILL NO ENFORCEMENT ON THIS ROAD WITH THE NEW SPEED LIMIT, PEOPLE ARE STILL TRAVELING 55-60. ITS ABOUT TIME LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT START WRITING TICKETS. NO POINT IN REDUCING THE SPEED LIMIT IF THERE IS NOT ENFORCEMENT.

Yes I feel that the Law should enforce speed limit on Rowland Street. This road is a main road now VERY BUSY . Many people turing onto Adams Road and someone else could be killed.
