The pedestrian crossing lights at the corner of West Genesee and North Capital do not work correctly. On more than one occasion, the street lights have turned red but the pedestrian crossing lights did not change. Also, triggering the crossing lights from the northwest corner of the streets does not seem to cause the traffic lights and pedestrian crossing lights to change at all.
