Description

There is a homeless man who throws trash and objects at cars that are driving pass the bus stop in front of Black Angus on Plaza Drive. He threw an object that hit my car. Shopping carts, clothes, trash and human waste are on the street. He litters the grass outside of The Olive Garden as well. His behavior is dangers and could lead to an automobile accident or a fire. The trash contributes to the rat infestation in the area. Please do something before someone gets hurt. The trash, human waste, and clothing thrown on the sidewalk needs to be addressed. Please help!
