Masked and Dangerous dirtbike riders. Back and its only February. Careening down Chapel Street cutting off first responders and ignoring traffic signals, weaving and almost running down pedestrians. Masked riders flipping off motorists. The city gives them a free pass. When will it end? Last year someone died and this year it is beginning early due to warm weather.
