17 Webster Street has been running a consistent weekend "Tag Sale" in their front yard for the last two years. They set up every Saturday and Sunday. Customers are constantly parking in No Parking zones along Webster St, blocking both the bike lanes and the west bound traffic lanes. In addition they place a large wooden billboard at the Ashmun/Webster intersection, blocking vehicular sight lines at this intersection.

Due to the regular operating hours, I assume this type of "Tag Sale" is tantamount to being a business. This area is not zoned for retail, and i doubt that the residents have a permit to be running a business here.
