This issue has been resolved.

Please reopen this ticket. The obstruction north of Knebworth intersection was cleared, but nothing was done to the even more obvious sidewalk obstruction south of the intersection. This pic shows view looking south from intersection; note city limit sign can't even be read. BTW, this is a city sidewalk along a public roadway... not sure Parks & Rec is the right jurisdiction for resolution.
