Because many of our devoted citizens sneer at the law and blow off every conceivable and dangerous explosive they can get their hands on. A great statement for what America is about - the many who disrespect their fellow citizens, their elected representatives, and the law. All really just great fun! I really feel sorry for those war veterans who suffer from combat PTSD. I'm guessing they are thinking about what they made their costly sacrifice for.
